At the time of this post Fresh prince creations is the only website that has started making Sims 3 car downloads . The website also makes other custom content. I recommend Freshprincecreations.com because of their quality work. I haven't heard of any cc problems, so I assume their site is good. As for downloading the cars, it's basically the same as any other cc site.

ReplyDeleteSorry for the delay in answering your question. The reason why I took so long is because uninstalling files manually from the game is a very difficult process to do, nevermind explain it to someone else. And also, I have to admit, your question, the way you wrote it, was kind of hard to understand.
DeleteWhat it sounds like you're asking, is... how to delete downloaded files/CC from the game once you've installed them into the game (how to uninstall the files/CC). (If not, please write again, in these comments, to let me know.)
Since uninstalling files from the game is very hard to do, I recommend a tool that handles it pretty well (by the way, it happens to be a mod - and I don't know how you might feel about mods)

Well I downloaded some cars from www.freshprincecreations.com and I uploaded them to Sims 3 but now when I play the game and bring up the menu to see the cars I only see 1 of the cars I downloaded and even when I try to buy that one my game crashes and closes itself and I downloaded the file type Sims3pack.zip so should I try a different download or what?

DeletePersonally, I never heard of any difficulties getting his cc into the game, but as we all know, problems can definitely happen when it comes to the Sims 3. The good news is that it can usually be solved, so please don't give up.
As for the Sims3pack.zip file type, if you didn't unzip it using an unzipping program, then yes that would be the problem. That's because the game isn't designed to read that type of file directly; it can only read the files inside of that file. So they have to be extracted from that zip file first, before you can install it.
On the other hand, if you did already unzip the file, and have extract the files in it, the following pages at Freshprincecreations.com's forum answers should help solve the problem. If these don't help please let me know by leaving another comment here. Good Luck.:

Hello, is this cars are compatible for any Expansions or just for some Expansions? I love the last one.
ReplyDeleteKnowing which expansion pack is necessary for CC is definitely very important, so I can definitely see why you wanted to know this after searching Freshprincecreations.com, I found where he says "all vehicles require the nightlife expansion pack".
DeleteSince I'm not actually affiliated with them, and had nothing to do with the creation of their site or CC, I really do recommend using the search function at their site, or their forums, first (before placing a comment) when it comes to stuff like CC issues, site issues, in-game issues, etc..
That said, I'll always try my best to solve the things that I can solve.

I installed 3 cars from fresh prince creations and they showed up in my sims 3 launcher under downloads and then I installed them into my game and it says the cars are installed but when I play my game I see none of the cars I down loaded can someone please help

so i downloaded about 15 cars from there and they are installed on my game. i go into the game to play for the first time after downloading them, and i click one to buy and it closes my game out completely. why is this happening?
