"Clutter" is decorations that turns your Sim's house into a lived-in looking home. You can find a lot of clutter around the Internet if you know where to look. FreshPrince, although known for his cars, has posted a few pieces on his website, as well as Mod the Sims. Several other talented Sims 3 custom content artist have also made great Sims 3 clutter, such as lemon candy at MTS. Infusorian, is another great site for the clutter loving Simmer. Repulsively Desirous Creations - this blog is no longer able to be access - is a great source for clutter.
Sweet Ambrosia - (inactive)- has a fair amount.
Around the Sims (ATS) - has a good amount.

Since I'm not actually affiliated with any of the sites I blog about, and had nothing to do with the creation of their site or CC, I really do recommend using the search function at their sites, or their forums, first (before placing a comment) when it comes to stuff like CC issues, site issues, in-game issues, etc..
